Coaching & Mentoring

Coaching teaches you how to perform one-to-one on the job training. They will thus be able to guide a learner in a specific skill or task; evaluate their progress and judge whether the learner is ready for assessment.

Mentoring teaches you how to give guidance and support regarding learning needs, opportunities and career pathways to learners. They will also be able to refer learners to appropriate counselling or career information agencies.

  • Seasoned and competent in the learning area in which you will provide training.
